Conference Alert: INQ’s Privacy for the Future
Join INQ Law on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 12 PM EST for a first in a series on Privacy for the Future.
Now more than ever it is crucial to keep up to date on emerging health and data technologies. With this in mind, INQ Law’s Ira Parghi and Mary Jane Dykeman will be sharing their expertise on US-Canada cross-border data privacy challenges for digital health.
Ira Parghi has over 20 years of experience practicing both information and health law, and is admitted to practice in Ontario, California, and New York. Ira’s information law practice focuses on privacy compliance (including complex United States-Canada cross-border privacy issues), the prevention and management of privacy breaches (including ransomware and other cybersecurity incidents), the use and sharing of data in clinical research, and data governance.
Mary Jane Dykeman is a longstanding health and data lawyer. She focuses on privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), cyber preparedness and response, and data governance. She regularly advises on use and disclosure of identifiable and de-identified data, and applies a strategic, risk and innovation lens to data and emerging technologies.
